Brightleaf is a digital library of practical PDF guides on technology, business, career, productivity and wellbeing. Each guide page explains the topic, intended reader, chapter outline and release status.

No. A guide marked Coming soon is being prepared and is not yet available to purchase. Its displayed price is a planned release price, and its outline or length may change before publication. Check the individual guide page for the current status.

Start with one question you want to answer, then compare that question with the guide's chapter outline and intended audience. Our PDF guide checklist explains what to check before choosing.

The moment your payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page with your guide on it. A copy of the download link is also emailed to you, so you always have it.

Immediately. There is no waiting period and nothing to approve — the download button appears as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

First check your spam folder, since the receipt sometimes lands there. If it is not there, email hello@damidigitallibrary.com from the address you used at checkout and we will send your guide straight over. You will not need to pay again.

No. There is no account, no password and nothing to manage. You buy, you download, and your link keeps working.

Each guide is bought individually through its own checkout. It keeps the process fast and means there is no basket to abandon. If you want several, buy them one after another — it takes under a minute each.

PDF. You can read a PDF on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop without installing anything, and you can print it at home if you prefer paper.

Not at the moment. Our guides are laid out at a page size that reads comfortably on a phone without pinch-zooming, which is what most readers want. If enough people ask for EPUB we will add it — and if we do, anyone who already bought the guide will get the new format free, with no need to buy again.

Yes. The guides are laid out specifically for phone reading rather than as A4 print documents, so you should not need to zoom.

Yes, for your own use. Printing, and reading on any device you personally own, is covered by your licence. Sharing copies with other people is not.

Every file is watermarked with the email address and order reference used to buy it. It is not copy protection — your file works normally everywhere — but it does mean that if a copy turns up on a file-sharing site, we can see where it came from. We tell you about it up front rather than hiding it.

For life. Your download link does not expire and there is no renewal. Keep the confirmation email and you can re-download whenever you need to.

Email hello@damidigitallibrary.com from the address you bought with and we will resend it.

No. Every guide is a single payment. We do not run subscriptions and we do not store your card for future charges — Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card details.

Yes. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.

Debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.

Pounds sterling (GBP). If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert at their rate.

Because guides are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout to immediate access and give up the standard 14-day cancellation right. That is a legal requirement we have to be clear about before you buy.

If something is genuinely wrong, though — the file will not download, it is corrupt, or it is not what the page described — we will fix it or refund you. Those rights cannot be signed away.

Email us within 14 days and tell us what happened. We would much rather swap it for the one you meant to buy than have you feel cheated. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Everything is researched, written and edited in-house. We do not license generic content or resell private-label material.

No. Our guides are general information written to be practical and honest, but they are not financial, legal, medical or tax advice. For anything that depends on your particular circumstances, speak to a qualified professional.

Most run 70–100 pages, which is roughly a two-hour read. That is deliberate — a guide you finish and act on is worth more than a reference book you abandon.
